Following the entry into force Decree of 4 March 2010, No 28 in the field of mediation aimed at reconciliation of civil and commercial disputes and the Ministerial Decree 18 October 2010, No 180 containing the Registry of mediation and the mediation of the list of trainers for the approval and the entitlements bodies CONSILIUM Iustitiae is accredited by the Ministry of Justice, as the body empowered to hold training courses for mediators. Under Decree 180/2010 of the Ministry of Justice, the frequency and success in this course will be duly certified by a certificate which, together with meeting the other requirements of Article. 4, paragraph 3, letter. a) No DM 180/2010, allows you to request inclusion in the lists of mediators of public and private organizations.

REQUIREMENTS:

To participate in training courses designed to acquire valid title to the conciliator in corporate matters, you must have a bachelor's degree (also three years) or be a member of an Order or a Professional College of any kind .
