The documents necessary to certify the final importation of the goods Panama, in accordance with Article 17 of EC Regulation 612/2009, is the import customs declaration (Form aduanero), prepared according to the attached form.
This document must contain the applicant's payment of customs duties, where required, and all the elements that can bring the document mentioned the export made (Customs coinciding for the first six digits of the goods or description coincides with the customs declaration Italian, identity the means of transport with those reported in the export declaration, many hills and Gross / Net weight of the goods etc.). and shall be duly stamped and signed by Panamanian Customs.
The document can be produced in original or certified copy. Conformity with the original can be evidenced in the manner prescribed by the EC regulation 612/2009, namely: *
Panamanian customs authorities;
* by ICE, based in Panama;
* from consulates or embassies of countries European Union.
