Target group: all members
Lawyers 'Register for less than fifteen years, practicing lawyers, law graduate, enrolled in the Chartered Accountants, Graduates in Economics and Commerce.
The course is structured in 45 hours, including:
a) 16 hours of lecture;
b) 16 hours of practice;
c) 4 hours for evaluation.
The contents are as follows: Tools of alternative dispute resolution jurisdiction, principles, nature and function of reconciliation; international experiences and community principles, duties, responsibilities and characteristics of the mediator, the relationship between mediator and conciliation bodies, techniques of conciliation, the conciliation process, relations with the protection litigation.
d) 9 hours of class with the following contents: any dispute referred to in Art. 1 of Legislative Decree No 17 January 2003 5; corporate rites of ordinary cognition and summary.
